What you like about your role - Everything - especially experiencing different kinds of worship with a variety of people.
Where did you grow up? Mostly in West Chester Pa but I graduated from high school in Birmingham Michigan.
Family - Husband Chuck and 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren
Who are your heroes? - Martin Luther King, Jr, Oprah Winfrey, Joan Chittister
Favorite Books - Fiction: Jonathon Franzen’s books, Michael Connelly; Non-fiction - Peterson, Joan Chittister, Walter Brueggemann
Favorite movies - True Grit, The King’s Speech
Favorite music - Everything!
Guilty pleasures -  Reality TV on Bravo
Passions - Reiki, Spiritual Direction, Walking

What you like about your role -  Working alongside an AMAZING Pastor (Margot-she really is) and in a church that is large enough to serve but small enough to know someone intimately
Where did you grow up? – Between Youngstown and Columbus, Ohio. (Ask Greyhound!)
Family – Married for 8 blissful years!
Who are your heroes? -  My parents, Margot Connor, wife, Cornel West, and most importantly Jesus Christ
Favorite Authors – Cornel West, Howard Thurman, Michael Dyson, and great Fiction writers.  
Favorite movies – Coming To America, Rocky Series, Star Wars Series versions)
Favorite music – Gospel, R&B, Hip Hop (Old-School), Jazz, and Country?(the soulful kind….lol)

Serving as - a leader guiding spiritual and worshipful expression thru Care Ministry, Healing Ministry, teaching Ministry and Worship Ministry in service to the congregation. 
What do you like about your role - I love the interaction with people in God's service.
Where did you grow up? - Columbus, Ohio.
Family - Wife Mary, daughter Joan, son Tim, daughters Janice and Trish.
Who are your heroes?  Billy Graham, Ulysses S Grant and Vince Lombardi.
Favorite books? I love too many to list; but am especially enthralled by Seabiscuit written by Kathleen Hillenbrand and Hope Unseen by Scotty Smiley.
Favorite movies - The Jolson Story with Larry Parks, Funny Girl with Barbra Streisand.
Favorite music - Smoke Gets in Your Eyes by the Platters, and Elvis Presley singing Gospel.
Guilty pleasures - I love old movies, and chocolate covered peanuts.
Passions - Singing, Reading, Talking to People, Golf and double deck pinocle or euchre.

Purpose: I am here to learn and to serve. 

What I do: Weekly Bible Study for the Young Adults; Pastoral Contact for 
Young Adults and Youth, Monthly Youth Bible Study, Lead Annual Youth Mission 
Trips.

Reasons I love serving at Karl Road: I am confident that KRCC has prioritized their Youth and Young Adults. Because we share desire to be active members of the body of Christ. We are a congregation working and seeking the work that God is calling us to.
Hometown: Cambridge, Ohio ( also lived in Delaware, Columbus, Cleveland, and Cuyahoga Falls, Minnesota, Michigan, Chicago, Los Angeles CA; )

Hobbies: Hulu. Studying and writing papers. I read. I read a lot (favorite authors include: Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, Mercedes Lackey, Nick Hornsby, Amy Tan, Robert Jordan, Tolkein, Lewis, J.K. Rowling, Stephanie Meyer, Cassandra Clare, and Kelly Armstrong)
Church Homes (where I’ve hung my heart): Cambridge First Christian Church;
